Signing in, two-step verification, and being both a founder and an investor.
- Do I need a password?
- No. Enter your work email and we send a link that signs you in. You can add a password or a passkey later under Security if you would rather not wait for email.
- The sign-in link has not arrived.
- Check spam first. Links last one hour and can be used once, so if you requested several, only the newest works. Ask for a fresh one and use that.
- Can I be a founder and an investor?
- Yes, on one account. The switcher in the header moves between the two sides, and your settings, password and sessions are shared.
- How do I turn on two-step verification?
- Settings, then Security. You can add an authenticator app, a passkey, or both. Recovery codes are shown once when you set it up.
