When you are charged, what happens when a pass ends, and your data.
- When am I charged?
- Monthly plans renew on the day you started. A Launch Pass is a single charge for thirty days and does not renew.
- What happens when a pass runs out?
- Your work stays. Published pitches stop being reachable and listed ventures come off the marketplace until you start another pass or move to a monthly plan.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. Settings, then Privacy, gives you everything on your account as a file, including decks, documents and the audit trail.
- How do I delete my account?
- The same page. Deletion is permanent, removes your ventures and documents, and asks you to confirm who you are first.
