Raising on Deckfront

Stages, access, listing a venture, and what happens to a deleted one.

What is a stage?
Teaser, detail, then diligence. You attach each document and scene to a stage, and an investor sees only their stage. Anything above it is filtered on the server and never reaches their browser.
Can I take access back?
Yes, and it takes effect in seconds. Open sessions end while the reader is still on the page rather than at their next sign-in.
Who can see my venture?
Nobody until you list it. A listed venture shows its teaser to verified investors in the marketplace. Unlisting hides it again and existing grants keep working.
What happens to a deleted venture?
It goes to the bin and stays there for thirty days, where you can restore it. Emptying the bin is permanent and asks you to confirm who you are first.
Can I use my own branding?
Six themes ship with the studio and you can set your own colours and typefaces. Removing Deckfront branding from a published deck needs the Studio plan.
